Manage your subscription
Billing runs on Stripe. The customer portal is where you change your card, add or remove Desk seats, switch Pro between monthly and yearly, download invoices, or cancel.
Open the portal
The self-serve portal link is not published yet. Until it is, every Stripe receipt email carries a "manage your subscription" link that opens the same portal, or write to [email protected] from the address you paid with and we make the change the same day.
What you can do there
Update the card. Change the billing email and address. Download every invoice and receipt. Switch Pro between $40 a month and $400 a year (prorated). Change the number of Desk seats; four or more seats price at 25 percent off automatically. Cancel, which stops renewal at the end of the paid period and keeps access until then.
What needs an email
Moving from Pro to Desk or to Institutional, adding named users to Desk seats, invoices instead of card, and anything on an Institutional order form. Write to [email protected].
